UTG-6100  Ultrasonic Color Display Thickness Gauge
The handheld UTG-6100 ultrasonic thickness gage uses dual element transducers for corrosion applications. It offers many basic features such as Min/Max Mode that measures and recalls the minimum thickness at a fast 20 readings per second, Freeze Mode to instantly capture critical thickness, and Zero Compensation, A-scan display for echo-echo measurement.
Measurements from one side
Ultrasonic thickness gages make instant digital measurements by transmitting sound into a material from one side, making it unnecessary to cut the corroded part.
Lightweight and pocket-size 
These handheld gages are small enough to fit in a toolbox or inside your pocket. They are ideal for quick inspections in hard-to-reach areas.
Color-coded keypad 
You can directly access many important measurement features for time-saving operation. Strategically located keys are grouped together by color for easy operation.
Large OLED display  
The large numerals make it easy to read thickness measurements.

UTG6100  first provides A snapshot scanning waveform display function in the same product class.Ultrasonic is no longer an abstract concepts.Users can see directly on the screen of ultrasonic signal,to verify  the thickness reading is correct, analyze the cause of the problem and help the user to find the solution to the problem.

 

 

 

Industry's first economical digital thickness gauge
The zero measurement technology, high resolution, A scanning snapshot function is based on full digital technology.

The only real 0.01 mm resolution of ultrasonicthickness meter in the same product class.

Ultrasonic thickness gauge display resolution is usually 0.01 mm, but it's hard for the real resolution up to 0.01 mm.Ordinary Timing counter within the thickness gauge is generally below 30 MHZ,With the breakthrough full digital technology and special algorithm,  The true resolution of UM-4 can reach 0.01 mm, Lots of experiments prove that it's easy for UM-4 to distinguish that thickness is only 0.01mm of two blocks.

Adopted the zero measurement technology

Based on full digital technology,with the zero measurement technology,the measured value will not be affected by echo intensity,material attenuation coefficient,the gain and the height of the gate,so the result was of high stability and reliability.
